PrintedCards ("we", "us", "our") is a custom ID card printing business based in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website (printedcards.in) or place an order with us, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
When you place an order or create an account, we collect:
We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Payments are processed through UPI, bank transfer, or other methods communicated to you directly after order confirmation.
We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly ask us to. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
We share your delivery address and contact details with the courier partner responsible for delivering your order. We also share limited data with Google for advertising measurement and, if you opt in, for Google Customer Reviews — both are described in sections 7 and 8 below. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with data brokers or any other third party.
Any design content you share with us — including employee names, photos, and logos — is used solely to print your order. This data is held on our systems only for the duration required to complete printing. Upon request, we will delete your design files after your order has been delivered.
Order records (name, organisation, contact details, order summary) are retained for a minimum of two years to support re-orders and resolve any disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
Our website uses HTTPS for all data in transit. Access to order data is restricted to PrintedCards team members involved in fulfilling your order. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use browser localStorage to keep you signed in across sessions (storing your authentication token, name, and email).
We also use the Google Ads tag on this website. It sets cookies from Google that allow us to measure how many visitors who arrive from our advertising go on to place an order, and to show our ads to people who have previously visited the site. This means Google receives your IP address, the pages you view on printedcards.in, and a cookie identifier. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, or order contents to Google.
You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at adssettings.google.com, or block these cookies in your browser settings — the site works normally either way. Google's handling of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
When you place an order, we show a Google Customer Reviews opt-in on the confirmation screen. If you choose to opt in, we pass your email address, your order number, the delivery country, and an estimated delivery date to Google so that Google can email you a survey about your experience after your order arrives.
This only happens if you actively opt in — declining the invitation sends nothing, and it has no effect on your order. Any review you submit is published by Google, not by us, and may appear alongside our business on Google. Google's use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
