Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PrintedCards website (printedcards.in) and the ID card printing services provided by PrintedCards, a business based in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Service

PrintedCards prints custom PVC identity cards and delivers them pan-India. We offer five card types: Single Side ID Card, Double Side ID Card, Matt Embossed ID Card, RFID Card, and Event Card. Cards are printed to your specifications after you confirm your design content with our team.

We provide a free design service — after you place an order, our team contacts you to collect your design requirements (logo, employee names, photos, layout). We do not offer a self-service online design tool.

2. Order Process

• You submit an order request via the website form
• We contact you within 8 business hours to confirm details and collect design content
• We prepare a design proof and share it with you for approval
• Once you approve the proof, we share a payment link or UPI/bank details
• Printing begins after payment is confirmed
• Cards are shipped and delivered to your address within the stated timeframe

3. Pricing

Delivery: ₹50 flat on orders below ₹500; free on orders of ₹500 or above. All prices are inclusive of printing and standard lamination. Lanyards are available as a separate product at a flat ₹15 each, with a minimum order of 100.

Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at the time of your order request is the price that applies to that order.

4. Payment

Payment is collected after design proof approval. We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, and other methods communicated to you during the order process. We do not store any payment card details.

Printing begins only after payment is received and confirmed. Orders are not reserved or prioritised until payment is cleared.

5. Delivery

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after printing is complete
• Express delivery: within 24 hours of design approval (for eligible orders)
• Delivery is pan-India via trusted courier partners
• Tracking details are shared by email once your order ships

Delivery timelines begin after design approval and payment confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellations before design approval: Full refund if you cancel before approving your design proof. Contact us by email or WhatsApp to cancel.

Cancellations after design approval but before printing begins: 50% refund of the amount paid, to cover design and preparation costs.

After printing has begun: No refund, as materials and labour have been committed.

Defective or incorrect cards: If the cards we deliver do not match the approved design proof, or are physically defective (printing errors, incorrect quantity), we will reprint or refund — at no additional cost to you. Defects must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, with photographs.

Design errors approved by you: If you approved a proof containing an error (e.g., a misspelling you did not catch), we cannot offer a free reprint. We will offer a discounted reprint at our discretion.

7. Your Design Content

You warrant that you have the rights to use all content you provide to us — including logos, photographs, and text. PrintedCards will not be held responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from content provided by you.

Your design files, employee names, and photos remain your property. We use them only to fulfil your order and will delete them from our systems upon request after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrintedCards's liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from delays, errors, or our inability to fulfil an order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
